Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and objectives.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Conduct regular sales meetings, trainings, and performance reviews to ensure team effectiveness and productivity.
Provide leadership and guidance in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Head, Sales Manager, or in a senior sales leadership role.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a vision for business growth and expansion.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
