Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, long term relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Strategic Collaboration: Work with the management team to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional materials to penetrate new market segments.looking for a results-driven and proactive Sales Freight Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is central to our growth strategy, combining strategic sales acquisition with flawless operational coordination. The ideal candidate will be a hunter at heart, responsible for generating new business and revenue, while also ensuring exceptional service delivery for all clients.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

Primary Sales & Business Development:

Drive Revenue Growth: Actively hunt for and secure new clients to expand the company's customer base and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial lead generation and prospecting to client follow-up, negotiation, and successfully closing deals.

Client Acquisition Strategy: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.

Proposal Development: Create and present persuasive sales quotations, proposals, and contracts that win new business and grow existing accounts.

Account Management & Sales Support:

Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, long term relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Database Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM system, tracking all sales activities, client interactions, and the progress of opportunities.

Strategic Collaboration: Work with the management team to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional materials to penetrate new market segments.

Freight Operations Coordination:

Seamless Execution: Liaise with the operations team to plan and coordinate freight movements, ensuring timely and cost-effective pick-up and delivery for both new and existing clients.

Shipment Visibility: Proactively track shipments and provide clients with real-time updates, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.

Carrier Relations: Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, and agents to secure capacity and resolve any operational issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills: Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales-focused role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry in the UAE, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Strong understanding of international shipping logistics, freight forwarding, and Incoterms. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. A self-motivated, hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results.

Preferred: Experience with ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
