Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Force Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with our sales and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with sales and development teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, integrations, and customizations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and performance of solutions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce applications
- Document technical specifications and processes for future reference
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its capabilities
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migrations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
