We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Real Estate Sales Agent
to join our team in
Dubai
. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and providing top-tier customer service. Whether you specialize in
residential, commercial, or off-plan properties
, we have the right platform for your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through
cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with
buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords
Conduct
property viewings, site visits, and virtual tours
Provide clients with expert advice on
market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities
Negotiate and finalize sales/rental agreements, ensuring compliance with
RERA and UAE real estate laws
Maintain an up-to-date property database and CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to optimize
online listings and property advertisements
Stay updated on
off-plan developments, new projects, and Dubai's real estate regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales (Dubai experience preferred)
Strong understanding of
Dubai's real estate market, freehold areas, and investment hotspots
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
UAE
driving license and own car (preferred but not mandatory)
Fluency in
English (mandatory); Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or other languages (a plus)
RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
