- Expand Azizi's presence across European markets by building client networks
- Generate and convert leads from high-net-worth individuals and institutional buyers
- Present Azizi's ultra-luxury projects to clients, showcasing unique selling points
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to European investors
- Deliver exceptional service to all clients throughout the sales cycle
- Utilize CRM platforms and digital tools for sales tracking and customer engagement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's luxury property market and legal framework
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Build and manage relationships with European clients and investor networks
- Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to promote Azizi's developments
- Manage the complete sales process from lead qualification to closure
- Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams to enhance outreach
- Attend property launches, investor roadshows, and exclusive sales events in Europe
What Skills Are Needed for a Sales Manager in Dubai?
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in luxury real estate or premium sales
- Exposure to high-net-worth client engagement in Europe is highly desirable
Skills:
- Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Additional European languages are a plus
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
