We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are driven by challenges and excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by engaging with supermarkets, butcher shops, and other retail outlets to promote and sell our high-quality products. The compensation structure includes a commission-based model during the initial 3-month probation period, transitioning to a fixed salary of 15,000 AED per month plus commission thereafter. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage potential customers, focusing on supermarkets, butcher shops, and similar establishments.
- Showcase our range of products to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a hunger for success and a proactive approach to sales.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales tactics, promotional strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Regularly update and maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and achieved outcomes.
- During the 3-month probation period, compensation will be based on a high commission structure. The exact commission percentage will be provided to you upon confirmation of your acceptance of the role.
- Upon successful completion of the probation period, the compensation package will transition to a fixed monthly salary of 15,000 AED in addition to commission based on sales performance.
- A company-provided car will be available for use during work hours, ensuring you have the mobility required to visit clients and promote our products effectively.
- For candidates without a driving license, we will cover the cost of obtaining one. In the interim, a driver will be provided to ensure you can perform your duties seamlessly.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate persuasively.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a results-driven attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace challenges and dynamic work environments.
- Valid driver\'s license (or willingness to obtain one) for those intending to use the provided company car.
