Civil / MEP Sales & Execution Engineer (Renovation Works Experience)
Job Title: Civil / MEP Sales & Execution Engineer
Department: Business Development / Operations
Reporting To: Projects Director / General Manager
Job Summary:
This unique role bridges the gap between sales and operations. The individual will be responsible for not only securing renovation projects but also overseeing their on-site execution. This ensures a seamless client experience from the first meeting to project completion, guaranteeing that what is sold is delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Phase:
• Meet with clients to discuss renovation ideas, scope of work, and budgets.
• Develop preliminary concepts and rough estimates to secure projects.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts.
• Execution & Project Management Phase:
• Take ownership of awarded projects and manage them from mobilization to handover.
• Develop detailed project schedules, coordinate manpower, and procure materials.
• Supervise on-site civil and MEP works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, providing regular progress updates and addressing concerns.
• Manage site foremen and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Handle snagging and final handover to the client.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Must possess a valid UAE Driver's License.
• Minimum 5-7 years of combined experience in sales and site execution/management, specifically in high-end villa renovations.
• In-depth knowledge of construction sequences, quality control procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings in detail.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD Viewer, and MS Office.
• Excellent command of English.
