Reports To: Head of Sales / CEO
Job Purpose:
The Sales Field Manager is responsible for directly supervising and controlling the day-to-day field operations of the sales team, ensuring all visits are executed as planned, performance targets are met, and all assigned clinics and accounts are covered efficiently. This role guarantees discipline, productivity, and sales growth through close monitoring and immediate corrective action when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and supervise the daily activities of the medical sales representatives in the field.
? Ensure strict adherence to the daily visit plan and the minimum required visits per day.
? Identify gaps in territory coverage and ensure no clinic or account is neglected.
? Analyze individual and team performance, visit reports, and sales numbers.
? Investigate reasons behind missed targets, delayed visits, or weak sales performance.
? Implement corrective actions and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
? Maintain clear, timely communication with the Head of Sales/CEO regarding field performance and challenges.
? Resolve field-level issues promptly, including customer complaints or operational obstacles.
? Support the team in achieving both individual and team sales targets.
? Ensure CRM or field tracking tools are used properly for visit logging and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Sales, or a related field).
? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
? Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
? Strong knowledge of territory management and sales operations.
? Excellent leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
? Strong time management, organization, and accountability.
? Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
? Good command of English (spoken and written). Arabic is a plus.
? Valid UAE driving license.
