The Sales Expert / Property Manager will be responsible for managing assigned residential accommodation units with a strong focus on maintaining full occupancy and consistent revenue flow. The role combines sales, client coordination, and day-to-day property operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure full occupancy of the assigned property at all times through effective sales and lead conversion.
Handle inquiries, reservations, and resident coordination in a professional manner.
Monitor market demand and recommend competitive pricing strategies.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and service providers to keep units in optimal condition.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
Manage resident onboarding, exits, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate occupancy, payment, and performance records.
Achieve assigned monthly occupancy and revenue targets.
Act as the primary point of contact between residents and management.
