Identify and develop new business leads within residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to understand project requirements.
Work closely with the design and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contracts to secure projects.
Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline through CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with developers, consultants, main contractors, and private clients.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and marketing activities as needed.

Strong knowledge of UAE construction and real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQ, and scope of works.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE Driving License is
