We're Hiring: Sales Engineer - Retrofit (HVAC Industry)
Salary:
AED 10,000 - 14,000Location:
Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, UAEExperience:
3-4 years(must be locally available in UAE & willing to relocate to AUH/Al Ain)
We are seeking a
result-oriented Sales Engineer
with proven experience inretrofit sales of air-conditioning systems.
The ideal candidate is sales-driven, technically proficient, and motivated to build strong client relationships in the HVAC industry.Key Responsibilities
Drive retrofit sales of HVAC systems across Abu Dhabi & Al Ain. Prepare accurate quotations and proposals. Generate new inquiries and follow up on projects to closure. Negotiate effectively with clients at site level. Retain clients and build long-term relationships. Collaborate with sales coordinators for timely submissions. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular meetings & follow-ups.
Requirements
? 3-4 years of HVAC sales experience (Retrofit knowledge
mandatory
)? Strong sales attitude and negotiation skills
? Good technical knowledge of HVAC systems
? Excellent communication & client relationship management
? Must be locally available in UAE
? Willing to
relocate to Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
