Sales Executive (Printing & Signage Industry)

Salary Range: AED 3,500 - AED 4,500 + Incentives + Commission on Target Achievement

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience in the printing and signage industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling business cards, flyers, brochures, signage (indoor/outdoor), t-shirts, and other promotional products.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the printing and signage sector.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.

Achieve monthly sales targets and earn commissions on overachievement.

Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close deals.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate with the design and production team to meet customer requirements.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in sales within the printing & signage industry.

Proven track record in selling business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, signage, t-shirts, etc.

Valid UAE driving license is a must (own vehicle preferred).

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
