Tele-Sales Internship Program
for motivated candidates who want to gain experience in sales and client engagement. This internship will provide practical training in handling calls, managing leads, and improving communication skills. Successful interns will be considered for a full-time sales role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the business setup consultants.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly lead generation targets.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone with all client interactions.
Requirements:
Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Energetic, confident, and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (training will be provided).
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
