Job Description

We are seeking ambitious recent graduates or final-year students who are eager to begin a career in sales and student recruitment. This role is designed for individuals who are confident communicators, driven by targets, and capable of converting leads into successful enrollments.

The position will focus heavily on outbound sales including cold calling, prospect follow-ups, and maintaining relationships with potential students and parents. You will play an active role in helping students take the next step in their education, while gaining valuable sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective students and families. Present consultancy services effectively to drive lead conversion. Work with management to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of student leads through persistent engagement. Assist in organizing and promoting education fairs, webinars, and information sessions to generate leads. Keep accurate records of all sales activities and maintain CRM entries. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
Qualifications & Skills

Recent graduate or final-year student (any discipline; business/marketing preferred but not mandatory). Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills. Confidence in cold calling and handling objections. Target-driven with resilience and the ability to work under pressure. Well-organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple prospects at once. Positive, proactive, and motivated to learn and grow.
