Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced and target-oriented

Sales Executives

for

Personal Loan

and

Credit Card

products to join our dynamic sales team in

Dubai

. Candidates must have

at least 1 year of direct sales experience in the UAE financial sector

, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loans

and

credit card products

to individual customers. Generate leads through

cold calling, field visits, and customer referrals

. Evaluate client profiles and provide suitable financial product recommendations. Ensure all applications meet compliance, documentation, and eligibility requirements. Achieve assigned monthly

sales targets

and KPIs. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of UAE experience

in

personal loan or credit card sales

. Strong knowledge of financial products, credit policies, and UAE banking regulations. Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a high level of integrity. Must be currently based in the UAE and ready for face-to-face interviews.
