Sales Executive/business Development

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the building materials industry. Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share. Promote products, specifically tiles and other building materials, to contractors, developers, and retailers. Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales with customers to close deals. Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups. Prepare reports on sales performance and market insights for management.

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of experience in outdoor sales within the building materials industry. Valid UAE driving license. Strong understanding of the UAE market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
