Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the wound care portfolio.
Identify, engage, and manage key customer accounts across hospitals, clinics, and community settings.
Provide product demonstrations and training to clinical teams, focusing on NPWT solutions and related therapies.
Collaborate with clinical specialists and marketing teams to support product evaluations and conversions.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of competitor activity and market trends.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure long-term account satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven sales experience in
medical devices, wound care, or negative pressure therapy
(minimum 3 years preferred).
Strong understanding of wound management and clinical environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid driving license
