Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Drive sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across retail and wholesale channels.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Product Promotion:
Promote product features and benefits through in-store visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to recommend strategies for product positioning and sales.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Merchandising Support:
Ensure proper display, availability, and visibility of products at retail locations.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to support promotional activities and ensure timely product delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG sector
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to travel locally or regionally as required
