Identify, prospect, and generate new sales leads within the Mie holiday homes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, corporate partners, and tour operators.
Conduct sales presentations and property viewings, both virtually and on-site.
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to recommend improvements.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
