Innovex Agency is looking for a driven and persuasive
Sales Executive with content creation or strategy experience
to join our business development team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals--while also supporting content-related initiatives to strengthen marketing efforts. The ideal candidate combines strong sales capabilities with a creative flair for content that enhances engagement and drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and lead generation tools.
Present and promote company services to potential clients with confidence and clarity.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Assist in the creation or editing of sales and marketing content such as proposals, pitch decks, email campaigns, case studies, and client communication templates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaign strategies.
Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and track the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct market research to understand client needs, competition, and industry trends.
Support the development of client-specific content strategies when needed.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in digital, creative, or service-based industries).
Exposure to or hands-on experience in content creation, marketing, or strategy development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any CRM like Zoho
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to understand and communicate marketing and digital service offerings.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
