We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative digital marketing campaigns that resonate with our clients' target audiences. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital and social media marketing trends, exceptional creative abilities, and strong leadership skills to inspire and guide our team to new heights of success.

Job responsibilities:

Lead the creative team in conceptualizing and executing compelling digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, websites, email, and other digital channels. Collaborate closely with the account management teams to understand client objectives, target audience demographics, and brand messaging to ensure creative solutions align with client goals. Provide strategic direction and guidance to the creative team, ensuring all projects meet client expectations, deadlines, and quality standards. Foster a collaborative and innovative creative environment by encouraging team members to explore new ideas, experiment with emerging technologies, and push creative boundaries. Oversee the development of visual assets, including graphics, videos, animations, and other multimedia content, ensuring consistency in brand identity and messaging. Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and creative design, and incorporate relevant insights into our creative processes. Manage and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities to help them grow and excel in their roles. Serve as a key liaison between the creative team and clients, presenting and articulating creative concepts, strategies, and deliverables to stakeholders effectively.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, design, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.

English or Arabic speaker

Proven track record of success in a similar role within a digital marketing agency with at least 5 years of experience leading creative teams and managing complex projects. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital marketing campaigns and creative projects across multiple industries and platforms. Expertise in digital design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant applications. In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, copywriting, and user experience design. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders. Strong leadership abilities, with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of creative professionals to achieve exceptional results. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
