Job Purpose

The Sales Executive - Watches is responsible for promoting and selling watches, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the brand image and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting watches, providing detailed product knowledge and guidance. Promote, upsell, and cross-sell watch collections and accessories to meet sales targets. Maintain strong knowledge of different brands, models, and features to advise customers effectively. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism. Manage stock levels, ensure product displays are attractive, and maintain store merchandising standards. Process sales transactions accurately through POS systems and manage cash/card payments. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Stay updated with the latest watch industry trends, collections, and competitors. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on sales performance. Adhere to company policies, pricing, and promotional guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred). Minimum 1 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in watches, jewelry, or luxury goods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability. Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Knowledge of luxury retail and brand positioning is a plus. Basic computer skills and POS system knowledge. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
