Key Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of watch collections, features, and pricing.
Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product upselling.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Manage stock levels and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Handle billing, returns, and exchange processes as per company policy.
Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
1+ years of sales experience in watches, jewelry, or luxury goods retail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer focus and a results-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and sales reporting.
