Sales Executive - Thermal insulation
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels like lead generation, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's thermal insulation and waterproofing products, their applications, and benefits, to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms of sale, ensuring they align with company goals and client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets, track sales performance, and generate regular reports using CRM software.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients, addressing their queries and ensuring proper application of the products.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and manage inventory levels effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of thermal insulation and waterproofing products.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Ability to identify and resolve client issues and challenges.
Understanding of the construction industry and market trends.
Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer data.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering is preferred, but not always essential.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the related industries.
A valid UAE driving license is often required for site visits and client meetings.
