Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day
client communication and support requests
, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Understand client needs and relay them clearly to the
technical and project teams

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, acting as their
primary point of contact

Support the Sales Manager in
lead generation
, initial outreach, and basic proposal preparation.
Assist in preparing
presentations, pitch decks, and service documentation
.
Stay informed about company services, especially in
web and mobile application development
.
Attend meetings (in-person/virtual) with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure
client expectations are met
throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up on open opportunities and client issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business,IT.
3-5 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or relationship management.
Basic understanding of
web and mobile app development processes
and terminology.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and able to translate technical language for non-technical stakeholders.
Must be
based in Abu Dhabi
or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters in Software Engineering with experience in the IT services or software development industry is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.
