Job Opening: Interior Design Sales Executive (Real Estate Background)

We are looking for a motivated Interior Design Sales Executive with real estate experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling skills, a basic understanding of interior design services, and the ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into interior design projects
Meet clients, understand requirements, and coordinate with the design team
Present design concepts, quotations, and close sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate agents
Achieve monthly sales targets
Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline
Requirements:
Prior experience in real estate sales or interior design sales
Basic knowledge of interior design, materials, and fit-out services
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
UAE experience preferred
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: AED 3,500 - 5,000 (based on experience)
Commission: 7% - 9% per closed deal
High earning potential based on performance
