Sales Executive - Spare Parts (Dubai) Sales & Marketing

Our client a leading heavy Equipment/construction equipment trading industry is looking for a sales executive -spare parts

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  • Responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying business opportunities and improving customer satisfaction levels.
  • Assisting the assigned customers on their parts needs, questions, clarification etc to the highest standards in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Follow the parts sales process until the submission of invoices to the respective customers. Coordinate timely delivery of parts, pre- pick, follow up of back ordered parts, updating the customers about the delivery /availability status to clients.
  • Follow up / conversion of quotes given. Discuss /escalate the critical issues, complaints, developments, opportunities to the immediate supervisor or the outdoor team.
  • Develop /attain technical knowledge about the co. products thru online training, onsite training or by the opportunities provided by the company.
  • Work as a part of the team to achieve the department objective. Effectively communicate the company\xe2\x80\x99s sales activities, new products, campaign etc
  • Comply the co procedure /formalities in the area of work.

  • Market Intelligence
  • Qualifications: Diploma Mechanical Engineering/automobile engg/Science graduate
  • Experience: 2-5 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sparts sales
  • Computer literate, Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Passionate in sales, Technical understanding of automobiles and parts
