Sales Executive - Spare Parts (Dubai) Sales & Marketing
Our client a leading heavy Equipment/construction equipment trading industry is looking for a sales executive -spare parts
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying business opportunities and improving customer satisfaction levels.
Assisting the assigned customers on their parts needs, questions, clarification etc to the highest standards in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
Follow the parts sales process until the submission of invoices to the respective customers. Coordinate timely delivery of parts, pre- pick, follow up of back ordered parts, updating the customers about the delivery /availability status to clients.
Follow up / conversion of quotes given. Discuss /escalate the critical issues, complaints, developments, opportunities to the immediate supervisor or the outdoor team.
Develop /attain technical knowledge about the co. products thru online training, onsite training or by the opportunities provided by the company.
Work as a part of the team to achieve the department objective. Effectively communicate the company\xe2\x80\x99s sales activities, new products, campaign etc
Comply the co procedure /formalities in the area of work.
Experience: 2-5 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sparts sales
Computer literate, Good oral and written communication skills.
Passionate in sales, Technical understanding of automobiles and parts
