Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors
Communicate effectively with clients through emails, calls, video meetings, and in-person visits (if required)
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, production) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and events as required
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Provide feedback and market insights to help shape product strategy and marketing efforts
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in international sales with a strong sales track record
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
Confidence in interacting with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong negotiator
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in shipping industry.
Knowledge of export procedures and international trade regulations.
Fluency in English language is a plus.
