Roles and Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to drive revenue growth.
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the shipping industry to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients, showcasing our shipping solutions.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive offers.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly, acting as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry standards that may impact shipping operations and client requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred experience in Logistics, Ship Containers, Shipping Sales, or USA Auto Auction with minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience with working knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Skill Set
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Dari) is highly desirable for global outreach.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships and facilitate negotiations.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Valid UAE Driving License is a must for this role.
Microsoft Skills and knowledge.
Geographical Knowledge of UAE specially in Sharjah.
Willing to work long hours to achieve sales target.
Able to create database of potential clients.
