Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in salon disposable products and import/export operations, specifically within GCC markets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, driving B2B sales, and managing cross-border trade operations from our UAE office.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage B2B sales of salon and Spa related cosmetics and disposable products across GCC countries, particularly KSA, Qatar, and Kuwait.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, salons, and spas in target regions.
Identify and penetrate new market opportunities within the salon and beauty care sector.
Handle import/export documentation, customs requirements, and logistics coordination for outbound shipments.
Monitor and manage product demand, pricing strategies, and sales performance in different GCC territories.
Participate in regional trade shows, exhibitions, and business events to promote product visibility.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis to the management.
Coordinate with the supply chain, warehouse, and operations team to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in salon disposable or beauty care products.
Proven import/export experience, especially handling GCC cross-border trade.
Strong market knowledge and existing network in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel occasionally across GCC countries if required.
Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage.
UAE driving license preferred
