Sales Executive - Security Systems & IT Solutions (Entry-Level Opportunity)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 4,500 - AED 6,000/month + Vehicle Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

(AED 6,000 for candidates with minimum 4 years of relevant experience)

What You'll Do:

Hunt and close new business deals in Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Time Attendance, IT Surveillance, Software and other ELV Solutions).

Build and nurture relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Deliver persuasive sales presentations and customize solutions for clients.

Achieve monthly/quarterly targets with uncapped commission potential.

Stay updated on industry trends and outperform competitors.

Who We're Looking For:

0-4 years of sales experience (UAE/GCC experience is a plus but not mandatory).

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with 4+ years of relevant experience (Security/IT/ELV sales) may qualify for the higher salary bracket (AED 6,000).

Self-motivated, persuasive, and eager to learn.

Strong negotiation skills (English fluency required).

UAE driving license is a plus.
