Sales Executive - Security Systems & IT Solutions

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 6,500-7,000/month + Company Vehicle + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

What You'll Do:

Hunt and close new business deals in Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Time Attendance, IT Surveillance, and ELV Solutions).

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Deliver high-impact sales presentations and tailor solutions to client needs.

Crush monthly/quarterly targets with uncapped commission potential.

Stay ahead of industry trends and outmaneuver competitors.

Who We're Looking For:

3-4+ years in B2B sales (UAE/GCC experience preferred) in Security Systems, IT Surveillance, or ELV.

Proven track record of smashing sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Deep knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, IT Security, and Low-Current Systems.

Hunter mentality - self-motivated, persuasive, and relentless in pursuing opportunities.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills (English fluency required).

UAE driving license is a plus.
