Sales Executive / Sales Closer – Fitness Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Defeat Fitness Studio is hiring an experienced, confident, and highly motivated Sales Executive
who can handle digital lead inquiries and convert them into paying clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is hungry for success, money-driven, hardworking, and looking
for the right long-term opportunity with a growing fitness brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle Instagram, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
Convert leads into memberships, personal training, and packages
Follow up consistently with potential clients
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain basic lead tracking and reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous sales experience (fitness or service industry preferred)
Strong communication and closing skills
Comfortable handling social media and digital leads
Target-oriented and commission-focused
Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable
SALARY & BENEFITS:
Basic Salary: AED 4,000
Commission: 5% on sales
