CipherBizz is looking for a dynamic and multilingual
female Sales Executive
with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for handling tele-calls, following up with leads, and scheduling meetings. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, professional, and confident in client-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to potential leads and existing clients
Schedule and conduct demo meetings and coordinate follow-ups.
Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools
Provide clear and concise information about our products/services
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets
Handle client queries professionally and escalate when required
Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication in
English and at least one or more

Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
Organized, punctual, and able to multitask
