Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager

We Cipherbizz FZCO seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to lead the growth of our HRMS SaaS cloud-based software solutions in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales, particularly in HR Tech or SaaS platforms, with a deep understanding of the UAE and GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients across the UAE region for HRMS SaaS solutions. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and sales plans to meet revenue targets. Conduct client presentations, product demos, and solution selling for HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, PMS, Leave, Attendance, etc.). Build strong relationships with HR heads, IT managers, and CXOs. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation to closure. Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and commercial quotes in line with company pricing models. Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams for seamless customer onboarding. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs in HR tech. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or related field. 4-5 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales in SaaS/HRMS/ERP. Strong network within UAE HR and enterprise sectors is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills. Deep understanding of the UAE business culture and compliance landscape. Knowledge of cloud software delivery models and HR digital transformation trends. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Valid UAE driving license is preferred
