Job Purpose:
To grow sales and market presence of
Rubtech rubber products
in Abu Dhabi by promoting solutions to contractors, consultants, project stakeholders, and end users within targeted industry segments, while meeting sales and specification objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute field sales activity by visiting
construction, industrial, marine, infrastructure, and facility management clients
in Abu Dhabi.
Promote and secure
specifications and approvals
for Rubtech rubber products across projects and accounts.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right
product presentations, demonstrations, and technical briefings
to customers and project teams.
Generate and follow up on
sales leads, quotes, and RFQs
, ensuring timely conversion to orders.
Achieve assigned
monthly and annual sales targets
and report results.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project status, and opportunities in the
CRM system
.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure product fit and on-time delivery.
Monitor
market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
for rubber and protective products.
Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs to inform future product development efforts.
Requirements:
4 - 5 years of sales experience, preferably in
industrial rubber products, construction materials, safety/impact protection systems, or related solutions
.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with
contractors, consultants, facility managers, and procurement teams
.
Familiarity with technical products and ability to explain features, benefits, and applications.
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Willingness to perform
site visits
and work in field sales environments.
Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
.
Previous sales experience in
building products, safety systems, marine supplies, or engineered industrial solutions
.
Knowledge of EPDM, rubber extrusion/molding, or industrial protection solutions.
