Job Title: B2B Sales Executive - Bakery Products (HORECA)

Location: UAE (On-field Sales Role)

Brownie Point Bakery is a premium bakery brand based in the UAE, known for our wide range of cakes, desserts, and sweets. We have recently expanded into a dedicated bakery unit offering fresh and frozen products including croissants, puffs, danishes, mini pizzas, breads, sandwiches, sliders, and wraps--tailored specifically for the HORECA sector.

Job Overview:

We are looking for ambitious and driven B2B Sales Executives to aggressively grow our bakery division's presence within the UAE's HORECA segment--targeting restaurants, cafes, catering companies, and hotels. This role requires proactive field sales, direct client engagement, product sampling, and close coordination with our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify and approach restaurants, cafes, catering companies, and hotels to pitch our bakery offerings. Conduct on-site client visits to build relationships, understand their operational needs, and close sales and build long term relationships Organize and lead product tastings/samplings at client locations to drive decision-making. Prepare customized product proposals and assist clients with food costing based on their operational needs and assist customers in menu integration Serve as the main point of contact between the client and our production team for order planning, customization, and delivery schedules. Track sales performance, follow up on leads, and manage the customer onboarding process. Ensure smooth order fulfillment, timely collection of receivables and daily reporting to the management Own the customer relationship end-to-end, from initial pitch to recurring orders Track sales performance, maintain client database Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution from order to delivery.
Who should apply:

2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the F&B, bakery, or HORECA industry. Strong UAE market knowledge and an existing client network is highly preferred. Willingness to travel daily across the UAE for client meetings and samplings. Strong understanding of product costing and pricing strategies for B2B clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, result-driven, and highly organized. Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle is preferred. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or regional language skills are a plus. Self sponsored or Candidates with their own VISA are preferred
