Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Identify and engage with potential clients, cultivating relationships to drive sales growth. Provide personalized customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries promptly and professionally. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align promotional strategies with sales objectives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory management.

Requirements



Proven experience in sales, preferably within the luxury goods or jewelry industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building rapport with clients. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. In-depth knowledge of luxury products, gemstones, and jewelry trends. Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to showcase products effectively. Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent time management capabilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
