Develop and manage retail distribution channels for building material products across Abu Dhabi.
Identify and onboard new retail partners and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
Achieve sales targets by promoting products to retailers, hardware stores, and small contractors.
Conduct regular market visits to assess demand, competitor activity, and stock levels at retail outlets.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials to retail partners.
Monitor product visibility, shelf presence, and merchandising standards.
Collect and report customer feedback to help shape marketing and pricing strategies.
Ensure proper credit control and timely collections from retail partners.
Requirements
:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in
retail distribution sales
, in the
building materials
sector.
Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi retail market and dealer network.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage territory sales.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
