Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through property sales.
Manage client acquisition, property presentations, and negotiations.
Conduct site visits and represent projects to investors and buyers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and brokers.
Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, competitor projects, and market insights.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM with leads and conversions.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
5-7 years of sales experience in property development/real estate (mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and RERA certification preferred.
