Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented
Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
to accelerate revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in IT solution sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong grasp of our core service offerings. You will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential B2B clients and market segments.

Prospect Qualification:
Evaluate leads to ensure alignment with SDH's offerings.

Business Meetings:
Conduct discovery meetings to assess client needs and present relevant solutions.

Solution Presentation:
Clearly articulate the value and ROI of our AI automation, BI, and API services.

Proposal Development:
Develop compelling proposals and quotes in coordination with technical teams when needed.

Sales Negotiation & Closing:
Navigate client negotiations and close deals effectively.
?
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Relationship Building:
Foster long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Feedback:
Relay client feedback and market insights to improve offerings.
?
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and forecasts using CRM tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
? Proven B2B IT services/consulting sales experience.
? Demonstrated success in lead generation, client engagement, and closing high-value deals.
? Strong knowledge of AI, business process automation, data reporting/BI, and API integration.
? Familiarity with Microsoft products (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams) and Google products (e.g., Google Workspace, Looker Studio).
? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
? Self-starter with the ability to manage a full sales cycle independently.
? Experience using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and reporting.
Desired Skills
? Experience selling Odoo ERP or other major ERP/CRM platforms.
? Familiarity with specific BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
