Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new project sales opportunities through market research and industry networking
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and developers
Promote the company's architectural and building product range to key decision-makers
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and sales pitches
Monitor project pipelines from inquiry through to execution and after-sales follow-up
Work closely with internal teams (design, estimation, procurement) to ensure project success
Maintain accurate and updated records through CRM tools
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of proven experience in project sales within the UAE construction or architectural sector
Strong professional network within the UAE construction industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
UAE driving license is mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
