Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue project sales opportunities through active networking and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and developers.
Promote the company's architectural and building products to key decision-makers involved in projects.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Track project progress from initial inquiry through to execution and post-sales follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, procurement) to ensure timely project execution.
Maintain accurate records of project leads, customer interactions, and sales reports using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years
of
project-based sales experience
in the
UAE
construction or architectural sector.
Strong network of contacts among contractors, consultants, and developers in the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
UAE driving license is
mandatory
.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
