Sales Executive: Fire Rated Wood Doors A leading Fire Rated Steel and Wood Door manufacturing company in SAIF Zone, Sharjah is looking to hire Project Sales professionals with below requirements: - A successful sales professional with experience in managing and building existing and new accounts. A solid base of contacts within the construction industry, including clients, consultants, and contractors. Responsible for providing, as needed, technical services/sales or presentation during the sales process To acquire a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of customers and propose the right solutions for each requirement To acquire comprehensive technical knowledge on products and solutions to establish new business opportunities. To develop and maintain a sales pipeline so that the sales targets are met regularly and ongoing. To be able to read and understand architectural drawings/installation instructions, as required for the job. To prepare and submit regular reports on the progress achieved in the sales and marketing effort. Requirements: - Minimum 3 - 4 years of Sales experience in the UAE (or in the GCC). Experience in Project Sales preferred. Experience in Door and Hardware industry or Construction/ Building Materials/ Steel or Wood Industry preferred. Engineering graduates preferred. UAE/ GCC Driving license preferred. Excellent communication, relationship, negotiation and presentation skills. Must be capable of achieving sales targets and increasing project sales. Remuneration: - Commensurate with technical product knowledge, experience and past performance. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience:

• Project Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Construction/ Wood/ Steel/ Door & Hardware Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales in UAE/ GCC: 2 years (Preferred)

• UAE/ GCC Driving License (Preferred)
