dynamic, goal-oriented, and results-driven Sales Executive
to join our
Project Sales Division
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of
building materials
, including
tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary products
.
This position requires a proactive professional with strong knowledge of the
construction industry
and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the
construction and building materials sector
.
Promote and sell products to
contractors, architects, consultants, developers,
and other decision-makers.
Achieve and exceed
monthly and annual sales targets
.
Build and maintain
long-term client relationships
to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Serve as the
main point of contact
for client inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and exceptional service.
Prepare and deliver
sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
; negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Maintain organized records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain detailed documentation of client communications, sales performance, and ongoing projects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure
accurate order processing, timely delivery,
and
excellent after-sales service
.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering,
or a related field.
Minimum
2-3 years of proven sales experience
in the
building materials or construction industry
(preferred).
Strong
communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
Proficient in
CRM systems
and
Microsoft Office Suite
.
Valid UAE driving license
and
own vehicle
(preferred).
