. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, proven expertise in the construction sector, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and develop new clients within the construction and building materials industry.
Promote and sell a diverse range of building materials to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
Prepare professional sales proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals successfully.
Ensure proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and sales activities.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and excellent after-sales support.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven sales experience in the building materials or construction industry (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle (preferred).
