Proposal Development & Negotiation
Draft detailed proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms
Collaborate with operations and legal teams to ensure service delivery
Client Relationship Management
Onboard new clients and facilitate smooth hand-off to the service team
Follow up for renewals, upsells, and referrals
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor regulatory updates and competitor offerings
Provide weekly sales forecasts and performance reports to management2
Qualifications
0-3 years of B2B sales experience in Dubai, preferably in PRO services, business setup, or government-facing solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and consultative-selling abilities
Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Salesforce)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
