As a

Sales Executive - Private Label Customization & Souvenirs

, you will be responsible for developing and expanding B2B relationships by driving sales of customized and branded products including apparel, corporate gifts, souvenirs, toys, hotel items, and other promotional merchandise. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the sports and lifestyle industry, coupled with proven experience in selling customized solutions across various sectors. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth across hospitality, tourism, retail, education, and corporate markets.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Business Development

: Identify and pursue B2B opportunities across diverse sectors-- including hospitality, tourism, retail, events, sports, education, and corporate--offering customized products, private label solutions, and souvenir collections tailored to client needs.

2.

Client Relationship Managemen

t: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their specific needs and offering tailored product solutions.

3.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and grow market presence in targeted industries.

4.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on trends in sports apparel, toys, and customized merchandise to effectively communicate product benefits and solutions to clients.

5.

Negotiation and Closing:

Lead the sales process from proposal to closing, negotiating terms to ensure mutual benefit and customer satisfaction.

6.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and new business opportunities.

7.

Reporting

: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasting, and client feedback to the Sales Manager for review.

8.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure product offerings aligned with client needs and promotional activities.

Qualifications:



1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in souvenirs, customized merchandise, corporate gifts, or private label products.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

3. Skills: Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously.

4. Knowledge: Understanding of customized merchandise, private label branding, or sectors such as sports apparel, hospitality, or promotional products is a strong advantage. 5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering compelling product presentations.

6. Drive: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

7. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other language skills are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
