The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, industry events, etc.).
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Product Knowledge:
Have a deep understanding of the company's products, including their applications, features, and benefits, to effectively pitch to customers.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor products, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Customer Support:
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction with products and services.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sales.
Knowledge of the plastic manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and market trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
A self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
