Key Responsibilities:

Drive the sales of AWS cloud services within the personal care and power cosmetics industry, including skincare, haircare, fragrance, and beauty tech brands. Identify and engage potential clients--retailers, e-commerce brands, and manufacturers--who can benefit from AWS solutions in digital transformation, supply chain, and customer engagement. Understand client business models and recommend customized AWS solutions (e.g., AI-powered customer insights, smart inventory management, scalable e-commerce platforms). Collaborate with AWS technical teams to deliver solution demos and proposals tailored to the cosmetic and personal care industry. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on long-term client relationships and solution adoption. Attend industry events, beauty tech expos, and networking forums to promote AWS services to the cosmetics sector. Track sales performance, generate regular reports, and maintain accurate CRM records. Stay informed about cloud trends, beauty industry innovations, and competitive activity to position AWS as the go-to digital platform for beauty brands.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 2 to 5 years of UAE experience in sales, preferably in tech, personal care, cosmetics, or e-commerce. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of AWS services and cloud computing concepts (training or certification is a plus). Understanding of the beauty and personal care sector, including retail, brand marketing, and consumer behavior. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize leads, and manage a pipeline effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking.
